These Terms and Conditions apply to customers using airport transfer, private transfer and hourly chauffeur-driven vehicle services provided by Vip Iste Bodrum. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

References to "Vip Iste Bodrum", "we", "us", "our" or "the service provider" in these Terms refer to the service provider identified above.

2. Scope of Services

Vip Iste Bodrum provides airport transfers, point-to-point private transfers and hourly chauffeur-driven vehicle services, primarily in Izmir, Antalya, Mugla and Istanbul, Türkiye.

The scope of each service, including vehicle type, route, duration and passenger capacity, is determined according to the details confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Reservations

Customers must provide complete and accurate information when making a reservation, including their name, telephone number, email address, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information and any other information required to provide the service.

The customer is responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, including delays, additional charges or inability to provide the booked service.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after confirmation by Vip Iste Bodrum. Submission of a booking request does not by itself constitute confirmation of the reservation.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices may vary depending on the route, vehicle category, service duration, date, number of passengers and additional services requested.

Unless otherwise stated, the price communicated to the customer at the time of booking applies to the confirmed scope of that reservation. Additional routes, stops, waiting time or services outside the confirmed booking may be subject to additional charges.

The available payment method and payment timing will be communicated during the booking process. By completing a reservation, the customer accepts the applicable price and payment conditions.

5. Airport Transfers and Flight Information

Customers booking airport transfers must provide accurate flight information, including the correct flight number. Where reasonably possible, flight schedule changes may be monitored using the information provided by the customer.

Flight cancellations, diversions, significant delays or airline-related changes may require adjustments to the transfer arrangements. Customers should contact Vip Iste Bodrum as soon as reasonably possible when such changes occur.

6. Waiting Time

Standard waiting time is determined according to the conditions communicated with the reservation. Additional waiting charges may apply when the included waiting period is exceeded.

If a customer does not arrive at the designated meeting point and cannot be reached by telephone, message or other available communication channels, the reservation may be considered a "no-show".

7. Hourly Chauffeur Service

Hourly chauffeur services are provided for the duration and service area confirmed in the reservation. Additional charges may apply where the booked duration is exceeded or the requested use falls outside the originally agreed scope.

Vehicles may not be used for unlawful purposes, and customers may not require drivers to violate traffic regulations or applicable law. Drivers reserve the right to refuse requests that would compromise safety or violate applicable laws.

8. Passengers and Luggage

Customers must accurately state the number of passengers and the amount of luggage when booking. If passenger or luggage capacity exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, a different vehicle or additional charges may be required, or the service may be unable to proceed.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and should check their personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

9. Child Seats and Special Requests

Child seats, additional luggage capacity and other special requirements should be requested before the service date. Such requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

Vip Iste Bodrum shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including heavy traffic, road closures, traffic accidents, severe weather, natural disasters, decisions of public authorities, civil disturbances, strikes, flight changes or similar events.

In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide the service as safely and efficiently as possible.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers and accompanying passengers must comply with applicable laws, road safety requirements and reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

Customers may be held responsible for damage to a vehicle caused intentionally or through negligent conduct by themselves or members of their party.

12. Refusal or Termination of Service

Vip Iste Bodrum may refuse or terminate a service where a customer or passenger engages in threatening, abusive, unlawful or excessively disruptive behaviour, or otherwise creates a risk to the driver, vehicle, passengers or public safety.

13. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation conditions before making a reservation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vip Iste Bodrum shall not be liable for indirect losses, expenses or damages resulting from events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Turkish law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers under Turkish consumer protection legislation remain reserved.

16. Changes to These Terms

Vip Iste Bodrum may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to its services, business practices or applicable legislation. The updated version becomes effective when published on the website.
